A local tow starts at $95. That covers driving out to you and towing the car a set distance. Every mile beyond that is $5, and once a run passes roughly 25 miles it moves down to the long-distance rate of $3 per mile, because that works out cheaper for you. We give you the exact figure on the phone before anything moves.

Yes, and it is one of our most common jobs. Tell us the shop, the dealership service bay, or your home address, and that is where the car goes. If you do not have a shop in mind, we can suggest one.
Often not. If it is the battery we can jump it on the spot and check that it keeps running, which is cheaper than a tow — a jump start starts at $65. If it will not hold a charge, the truck is already there and we load it. Same with an empty tank or a flat with a usable spare — we fix those on the roadside.
We put your own spare on, if the car has a usable one. We do not repair, sell or mount tires. If there is no spare or the wheel itself is damaged, we tow the car to a tire shop.
Seized brakes, a locked steering column, a parking brake that will not release — a car that will not roll still goes on our dollies. Tell us on the phone so we bring the right gear.
The owner of the car, or the person driving it. ONE TOWING works for the driver: you call us, you decide where the car goes, and you hear the price before we start. We have no storage yard, so the car goes where you tell us.
No. We run a wheel-lift truck with a full set of dollies. For all-wheel-drive and electric cars the dollies go under the second axle, so all four wheels are off the ground — which is usually why people ask for a flatbed.
