Do you need proof the car is mine?
Yes, and we ask every single time without exception. ID plus registration, an insurance card, or the rental agreement.
A child or a pet is locked inside. What do I do?
Call 911 first, then call us. On a hot Tampa day the inside of a car becomes dangerous within minutes, and the fire department is equipped to act immediately.
Can you make me a new key?
No. We do not cut or program keys — a replacement key is a dealer job.
